You know, I sort of miss working someplace where a heavy snowfall meant I didn’t have to go to work that day.

Not that it was a heavy snowfall, of course. In Manhattan, you’d barely know it had snowed at all — especially now, almost two days later — but that’s not the point. Winter weather was one of the deciding factors in leaving Pennsylvania. I don’t exactly feel like I’ve traded up or anything.
