Yeah, that’s the thing I can never seem to get my brain to remember when I’m writing — that it should just be writing, not editing what I write.

Oh, and from what he describes of it, I’m sorry I decided to pass on Gaiman et al.’s panel and reading in Manhattan last night. It was actually just a few blocks from where I work, but I took the train home instead.

  1. I write directly on the computer and my editing process mostly consists of spell checking. Sometimes I change a word or phrase here or there, but very rarely do I ever go back rewrite anything.

    I guess I’m just lucky in that things tend to come out pretty much the way I want them. Either that, or I *really* need a real editor…
