Speaking of Auster, his daughter Sophie is apparently a singer.
If only making books was always this much fun… I might not have called in sick today.
Of course, being sick might have had something to do with that. My parents, my father especially, have been nursing coughs for months*, and I can’t count the number of people who have been sick at the office. And yet all of that passed right over me. It wasn’t until my sister came home for Thanksgiving and brought with her those darn Maryland germs…
But anyway. Feeling a little better, if still somewhat coughy and feverish.

So I’m having some trouble with Last.fm. Some tracks aren’t feeding — excuse me, scrobbling — and the chart I added to the sidebar last night isn’t refreshing at all. Which is why it may look like I really like Smash Mouth’s “Walking on the Sun” and am listening to it over and over and over again.
