Guinness World Record™ officials certified today that 1,789 people had participated in the “World’s Largest Coconut Orchestra” in Shubert Alley on Wednesday, March 22.

Man, all those earlier coconut orchestras must be kicking themselves now.

So the President does whatever he wants without informing Congress — much less adhering to its laws — because we’re in a time of war.

But the President got us into this war based, at best, on faulty intelligence, and he expects to be long gone before the war ever ends.
