Huh. “Communism” just sent me an e-mail thanking me for my “recent debt request.”

Here we go again:
- “Imagine” by John Lennon, guessed by Betty
It’s easy if you try - “Big Bad John” by Jimmy Dean (or others), guessed by Kim
With jacks and timbers, they started back down - I’m tired of moaning
- “Eleanor Rigby” by the Beatles, guessed by Betty
Where do they all belong? - And through the bad dreams I’ll be right there, baby
- “Back in the High Life Again” by Warren Zevon (orig. Steve Winwood), guessed by Betty
All the doors I closed one time will open up again - I want to fill my glass up with you constantly
- I’ll take myself to an east coast city and walk about
- Don’t wanna be a boy today
- You change the equation that I add up to
Guess the lyric, win no prize! At some point, I’ll get around to posting the answers to the past couple of weeks. (It’s a semi-tedious process of editing the posts and besides, does anybody go back and check?) Anyway, good luck!
So this sucks: Veronica Mars has been cancelled.
I’ve missed an episode or two since it came back from its extended hiatus, but, for my money, this was maybe the strongest season so far. I’ll genuinely miss it.
“For now, it’s a tossup that people respond to me for my role in The Hole or Dungeons & Dragons,” [Thora] Birch said. “And I’m not sure why, but most of the people who I happen to encounter and who mention those films are from Kentucky or Tennessee and from smaller towns and mostly guys. And I’m not putting them down or anything. Some of them are still playing D&D. But that’s OK. If these people have found a way to connect to Thora Birch even when I’m sitting on a dragon, that’s pretty fulfilling.”
“Cable network FX has paid a license fee in the low $30 millions for the television rights to Marvel Comics feature adaptation Ghost Rider…”
Um, why?
