It seems like just about everyone is leaving work early today (as in right now or earlier). I guess the weather is worse than it looks from my window. There’s been hail and icy rain all morning, and apparently the roads are pretty bad and likely to get worse. Quite a few local school districts cancelled classes or have announced early dismissals, and half an inch of ice is predicted overnight.

I’m starting to remember what I hate about winter.
