And I thought Red Zone Cuba was an odd inspiration for a musical. Some Canadians have, apparently, created Cobra: The Musical, based on the G.I. Joe characters. There are pictures here. They’re about as goofy looking as you’d expect them to be.

There’s not much I can say about these photographs. Some are from Arts Fest, and some are…well, they’re from detours I took while walking around the festival this Friday and Saturday.

My opinion of Arts Fest hasn’t really changed; I enjoyed walking around it, and some of the food was pretty good, but what you mostly see on display is a lot of pretty, but not terribly special art. And most everything is overpriced. As I said before, generally it’s fun while it lasts, but I’m never especially sorry to see it go.
