The Claritin seems to be helping &#8212; last year I tried Allegra and got rather antsy because of it &#8212; but not nearly 100%. (It&#8217;s also not completely antsy-feelings free.) Oh well, at least it didn&#8217;t rain again.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the allergy meds, I made trips to the bank and post office, making this sonething like a red letter day since Saturday. I mean, I read &#8212; books, comics, Kaleidotrope submissions &#8212; and did the laundry and dishes, but this hasn&#8217;t been a staggeringly successful time off or anything.<\/p>\n<p>The dog is wondering what I did with the people he likes more than me.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It never seems to fsil: my parents go away, I tske some time off, and my allergies kick into hyperdrive.
