Lots of sunshine, nothing much to be done. Oh sure, I&#8217;ve got lots and lots and <i>lots<\/i> of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kaleidotrope.net\">Kaleidotrope<\/a> submissions still to get through &#8212; and I only managed to get through a tiny handful today &#8212; but beyond that and an episode of <i>Supernatural<\/i>, it&#8217;s not like I had anything remarkable planned.<\/p>\n<p>This evening, I went out to dinner with my parents, sister, and brother-in-law, for Mother&#8217;s Day. We went to the same restaurant we went to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unreality.net\/weblog\/?m=20120324\">for my birthday in March<\/a>. I even had the same duck entree. And it was good, but not anywhere as good. Oh well.<\/p>\n<p>When I came home, I watched <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt1424381\/\">Predators<\/a>, which will never replace the original in my heart &#8212; really, what could? &#8212; but it was surprisingly not terrible.<\/p>\n<p>And that was my day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was a quiet though lovely day here in New York.
