When the most impressive thing you do all day is watch the first episode of the pretty lousy fish-out-of-water show <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt1958961\/\">Lilyhammer<\/a>, you know the sum total isn&#8217;t going to be much to write home about. (I also watched <i>much<\/i> better episodes of <i>Justified<\/i>, <i>Supernatural<\/i>, <i>How I Met Your Mother<\/i>, <i>That Mitchell and Webb Look<\/i>, and <i>Kingdom<\/i> (the one starring Stephen Fry). Somewhere in there I may also have slept.<\/p>\n<p>It was not a banner day.
