Even with the movies that I thought made genuinely good use of 3-D &#8212; <i>Avatar<\/i>, <i>The Cave of Forgotten Dreams<\/i> &#8212; I could have ultimately done without it.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.avclub.com\/articles\/mcg-wants-to-use-your-facebook-profile-in-his-new,62538\/\">McG wants to use your Facebook profile in his new show<\/a>. The <i>only<\/i> good thing about this is that it seems like it&#8217;s opt-in&#8230;for now.<\/li>\n<li>Though maybe it&#8217;s time to look again at <a href=\"http:\/\/thudfactor.com\/left-facebook\/?utm_source=feedburner&#038;utm_medium=feed&#038;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Thudfactor+%28Thudfactor%29\">Thud&#8217;s reasons for leaving Facebook<\/a>. I send my Twitter feed there, though mostly because I have friends who claim to not like or be confused by Twitter. (This in itself confuses <i>me<\/i>, since it&#8217;s always seemed like the much less complicated and much more straightforward service.)
