Just so you know.<\/li>\n<li>Well, it&#8217;s no <a href=\"http:\/\/io9.com\/#!5552684\/donald-glover-for-spider+man-why-the-hell-not\">Donald Glover for Spider-Man<\/a>, but I don&#8217;t see how <a href=\"http:\/\/blastr.com\/2011\/04\/george-takeis-bizarre-aud.php\">George Takei<\/a> could do any worse.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/motherjones.com\/media\/2011\/04\/rock-albums-book-covers\">What if your favorite album was a book<\/a>? A neat concept, if you ignore the sort of crappy slideshow presentation&#8230;and pretend the misspelling in <i>Never Mind the Bollocks<\/i> was intentional. [<a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/zhandlen\" title=\"@zhandlen\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/thinkprogress.org\/2011\/04\/05\/bristol-palin-profiteer-teen-pregnancy\/\">Bristol Palin\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Nonprofit Paid Her Seven Times What It Spent On Actual Teen Pregnancy Prevention<\/a>. I wish I could say I was remotely surprised. [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cynical-c.com\/\" title=\"Cynical-C\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>And finally, <a href=\"http:\/\/helablog.com\/2011\/04\/world%E2%80%99s-most-expensive-%E2%80%98haute%E2%80%99-dog-goes-on-the-menu\/\">the world&#8217;s most expensive hot dog<\/a>.  I probably won&#8217;t be eating this &#8212; even though this place apparently is just a 15-minute walk away from my office &#8212; and I&#8217;m naturally a little disgusted by the excess of it. But I&#8217;m at least impressed they didn&#8217;t cheat, like a lot of &#8220;most expensive&#8221; chefs seem to, with gold plates or silverware or something else to artificially inflate the price. Well <i>of course<\/i> something&#8217;s expensive if it&#8217;s coated in diamonds. The parts you can&#8217;t eat shouldn&#8217;t count.
