Yep, that&#8217;s sure what it sounds like he&#8217;s doing.<\/li>\n<li>Inexplicably famous Perez Hilton <a href=\"http:\/\/newsfeed.time.com\/2011\/03\/30\/from-celebrity-gossip-to-childrens-lessons-perez-hilton-pens-kids-book\/\">is writing a children&#8217;s book<\/a>. I don&#8217;t usually like to toss around phrases like &#8220;end times,&#8221; but&#8230; [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bookslut.com\/blog\/\" title=\"Bookslut\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>Even Billy Joel doesn&#8217;t want to read <a href=\"http:\/\/artsbeat.blogs.nytimes.com\/2011\/03\/31\/billy-joel-cancels-memoir\/\">his own memoir<\/a>! Okay, that&#8217;s unfair. I actually do like Joel, or at least much of his music &#8212; I think I&#8217;m obligated to as a Long Islander &#8212; but I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;d want to read his memoir even if he hadn&#8217;t canceled it.\n<p>Though I do find it weird to think that he&#8217;s been &#8220;retired&#8221; from writing new music for almost twenty years now.  [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bookslut.com\/blog\/\" title=\"Bookslut\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>This really puts things in geographical perspective: <a href=\"http:\/\/gerrycanavan.wordpress.com\/2011\/03\/07\/latitudes-a-funny-thing\/\">European cities overlaid on a map of the U.S. at an identical latitude (and the other way around)<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>And finally, <a href=\"http:\/\/moderateleft.com\/?p=6771\">It&#8217;s not a crime to be poor.
