Who&#8217;s that?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Another from the fine line between irony and hypocrisy department: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2010\/03\/08\/palin-crossed-border-for_n_490080.html\">Sarah Palin Crossed Border for Canadian Health Care<\/a>. Why does she hate America?
