[<a href=\"http:\/\/www.avclub.com\/\" title=\"The AV Club\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>Apparently, we were once <i>this<\/i> close to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lettersofnote.com\/2010\/02\/president-einstein.html\">Israeli President Albert Einstein<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Oh man, why did no one tell me yesterday was <a href=\"http:\/\/whatever.scalzi.com\/2010\/02\/15\/i-hereby-unilaterally-declare-february-15th-to-be-international-grover-appreciation-day\/\">International Grover Appreciation Day<\/a>?<\/li>\n<li>I think there&#8217;s an argument to be made that new and valuable art <i>can<\/i> emerge from appropriation, but <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2010\/02\/12\/world\/europe\/12germany.html\">wholesale lifting of entire pages without acknowledgment<\/a> is still plagiarism and, therefore, still wrong. That much seems pretty clear-cut to me. [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bookslut.com\/\" title=\"Bookslut\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>And finally, if I&#8217;d know <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2010\/02\/16\/sports\/olympics\/16snowcross.html\">this<\/a> was what the Olympics was like &#8212; &#8220;Try to imagine Pegasus mating with a unicorn and the creature that they birth&#8230;.I somehow tame it and ride it into the sky in the clouds and sunshine and rainbows.
