What this does is effectively recommend piracy as a means of enforcing the DMCA. I suspect <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boingboing.net\/2009\/05\/07\/mpaa-to-teachers-don.html#comment-485767\">commenter TJ S<\/a> is right: &#8220;They&#8217;re making it hard to do, because if it&#8217;s hard to do, then nobody will bother.&#8221; [<a href=\"http:\/\/gerrycanavan.blogspot.com\/\" title=\"Gerry Canavan\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<p><\/font><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><\/p>\n<li>Here&#8217;s a few things I&#8217;ve found strangely compelling recently:\n<ul> <font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><\/p>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/lab.andre-michelle.com\/tonematrix\">ToneMatrix<\/a> [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chrismclaren.com\/blog\" title=\"Homo Sum\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/jayisgames.com\/archives\/2009\/05\/when_the_bomb_goes_off.php\">When the Bomb Goes Off<\/a> &#8212; a collection of sometimes challenging micro-games<\/li>\n<li>Perhaps the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=xzKTgrWK7CY\">the strangest way<\/a> I&#8217;ve seen to play <em>Super Mario Bros.<\/em> yet. [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.waxy.org\/links\/\" title=\"Waxy.org Links\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfsignal.com\/archives\/2009\/05\/trailer-mega-shark-vs-giant-octopus\/\">The trailer<\/a> for <em>Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus. <\/em>Lorenzo Lamas! Debbie Gibson! Mega shark and giant octopus! This may be the single greatest movie ever made!<\/li>\n<p><\/font><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<p><\/font> <font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><\/p>\n<li>Wow, David E. Kelley&#8217;s new show must be really bad if NBC would <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tvsquad.com\/2009\/05\/12\/nbc-would-rather-pay-a-huge-penalty-than-air-legally-mad\/\">rather pay a seven-figure penalty<\/a> than air it.<\/li>\n<p><\/font><\/font><\/font><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><\/p>\n<li>Keith Phipps raises an interesting question in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.avclub.com\/articles\/more-than-human-by-theodore-sturgeon-1953,27773\/?utm_medium=RSS&amp;utm_campaign=feeds&amp;utm_source=channel_books\">his review<\/a> of Theodore Sturgeon&#8217;s<em> <em>More Than Human<\/em>:<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\">Elvis, Carl Perkins, and Chuck Berry (and others, of course) started making rock \u00e2\u20ac\u2122n\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 roll, and suddenly everyone had a guitar, some blues riffs, a pounding rhythm, and a song to sing. Why should it be any different with Jules Verne and H.G. Wells?<\/font><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<p><\/font><\/font><\/font><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><\/p>\n<li>And finally, Neil Gaiman on why, among other things, <a href=\"http:\/\/journal.neilgaiman.com\/2009\/05\/entitlement-issues.html\">George R.R.
