Don&#8217;t do it, Canada!<\/font><\/li>\n<p><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><\/p>\n<li>More on the Kindle 2.0 and the Authors Guild <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2009\/02\/25\/opinion\/25blount.html?_r=1\">from current president Roy Blount, Jr.<\/a> I less convinced the Author&#8217;s Guild is right about this, but I do think it&#8217;s a legitimate enough concern, at least from the way Blount and other writer-contract-readers are interpreting it. Then again, I am leaning more towards <a href=\"http:\/\/journal.neilgaiman.com\/2009\/02\/end-of-audiobook-argument.html\">Neil Gaiman&#8217;s take<\/a> on the whole thing. <a href=\"http:\/\/whatever.scalzi.com\/2009\/02\/27\/the-panic-about-kindles-text-to-speech-still-silly\/\">John Scalzi<\/a> also makes some important additional points. I&#8217;m not sure it&#8217;s a non-issue, but I think it&#8217;s less of an issue than the Author&#8217;s Guild is worried about.<\/li>\n<p><\/font><\/p>\n<li><font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\"><a href=\"http:\/\/johngushue.typepad.com\/blog\/2009\/02\/backflick-reverseplot-movies-for-twitter-.html\">Backflick<\/a> &#8212; Reverse-plot movies.
