Brad Wright and Robert Cooper, co-creators of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scifi.com\/stargate\/\" target=\"outside\"><i>Stargate SG-1<\/i><\/a> and <i>Atlantis<\/i>, will serve as executive producers and writers on the new series.<\/p>\n<p>The new show will involve more space-based action than either of the predecessor series, the trade paper reported.<\/p>\n<p><i>Universe<\/i> introduces a new team of explorers who find an ancient unmanned ship called the <i>Destiny<\/i>. Unable to return to Earth, the crew must fend for themselves aboard the ship, which has a pre-programmed mission taking them to the far reaches of the universe.<\/p>\n<p>Appearances by former cast members from <i>SG-1<\/i> and <i>Atlantis<\/i> are very possible.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It&#8217;s the &#8220;more space-based action&#8221; part that worries me.
