Not to be confused, necessarily, with Christmas links. <\/font><\/p>\n<ul>   <font face=\"Verdana\" size=\"2\"><\/p>\n<li>You know, at twelve, having a bedroom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/sol\/homepage\/news\/article604306.ece\" title=\"Drive Someone Insane with Postcards\">that&#8217;s a replica of the TARDIS<\/a> probably seems really cool. But will it at <em>thirteen<\/em>? [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfsignal.com\/\" title=\"SF Signal\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>I don&#8217;t know&#8230; $415 seems like a lot of money <a href=\"http:\/\/cgi.ebay.com\/Drive-Someone-Insane-with-Postcards_W0QQitemZ320196148761QQihZ011QQcategoryZ45208QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem\" title=\"Drive Someone Insane with Postcards\">just to screw with somebody<\/a>. But maybe that&#8217;s just me. [<a href=\"http:\/\/eatourbrains.com\/\" title=\"Eat Our Brains\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;ve often thought it would be a neat (if completely impractical) idea to trade short story collections like mix CDs. Now comes a way to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.anthologybuilder.com\">Build Your Own Anthology<\/a>. I don&#8217;t see much there to whet my appetite &#8212; least of all for $14.95 &#8212; but your mileage may vary. [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfsignal.com\/\" title=\"SF Signal\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.wfmu.org\/freeform\/2007\/12\/sleeveface.html\">Sleeveface<\/a> &#8212; I find these strangely compelling. [<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.wfmu.org\/\" title=\"WFMU's Beware of the Blog\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>I once saw a man get down on one knee to propose to his girlfriend in front of Vincent van Gogh&#8217;s &#8220;The Starry Night&#8221; in the Museum of Modern Art. That was nothing <a href=\"http:\/\/journal.neilgaiman.com\/2007\/11\/so-you-know.html\">compared to this<\/a>. Neil Gaiman, if there was any doubt, is really cool.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/today.msnbc.msn.com\/id\/21838237\/?GT1=10547&amp;pg=1#TDY_20WorstFoods\">The 20 worst foods in America<\/a>. I&#8217;m glad to say I don&#8217;t eat any of these. [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.m14m.net\/lesingesavant\/\" title=\"Remi's Bloglet\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>It says something about my growing appreciation for <em>Doctor Who<\/em> that I&#8217;m really enjoying &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.shipsinker.com\/wordpress\/2007\/03\/10\/a-doctor-who-comic-the-10-doctors\/\">The Ten Doctors<\/a>,&#8221; a fanfic comic featuring&#8230;well, the ten Doctors. I&#8217;ve also, amazingly enough, been on something of a <em>Torchwood<\/em> kick recently, so I may very well be doomed. [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.progressiveruin.com\/\" title=\"Progressive Ruin\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.collegehumor.com\/video:1788161\">24: The Unaired 1994 Pilot<\/a> [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cynical-c.com\/\" title=\"Cynical-C\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>An interesting, if not particularly revealing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.popmatters.com\/pm\/features\/article\/49320\/not-just-a-fluke-how-darin-morgan-saved-the-x-files\/\">profile of Darin Morgan<\/a>, who wrote probably some of the best episodes of <em>The X-Files<\/em> [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfsignal.com\/\" title=\"SF Signal\">via<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/pac-txt.com\/\">Pac-Man, the Text Adventure<\/a> &#8212; It&#8217;s a cute idea, but it&#8217;s gameplay, not surprisingly, is pretty limited.
