The Genetic Opera\" width=\"202\" height=\"300\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-14880\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.unreality.net\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/4-1-202x300.jpg 202w, https:\/\/www.unreality.net\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/4-1-689x1024.jpg 689w, https:\/\/www.unreality.net\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/4-1-768x1141.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.unreality.net\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/4-1.jpg 1010w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 202px) 100vw, 202px\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0036104\/\">The Leopard Man<\/a> isn&#8217;t one of the best Val Lewton-produced movies for RKO, but it&#8217;s a well made B-movie, directed by someone who also directed the best Val Lewton-produced movies.<\/li>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0045205\/\">Sudden Fear<\/a> gets a little silly, but the performances are fantastic, and it&#8217;s genuinely suspenseful.<\/li>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<li>The MGM Kildare movies are hokey and dated, but they&#8217;re also pleasantly diverting and sometimes very funny. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0031909\/\">The Secret of Dr. Kildare<\/a> is no exception.<\/li>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<li>Tasha Robinson, then of the AV Club, had it right about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0963194\/\">Repo!
