{"id":1105,"date":"2004-01-14T06:39:00","date_gmt":"2004-01-14T14:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.unreality.net\/weblog\/?p=1105"},"modified":"2004-01-14T06:39:00","modified_gmt":"2004-01-14T14:39:00","slug":"1105","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unreality.net\/weblog\/?p=1105","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p><font face=\"Arial\" size=\"2\">In an e-mail this morning, my producer writes: &#8220;I&#8217;m not against the idea of doing a sketch or a series of sketches that would take up the entire block of time for the show.&#8221; Which makes me wonder if I could ever convince him to air <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unreality.net\/writings\/sketches\/sketch6.html\" title=\"Snack Treats\">this<\/a>. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clubs.psu.edu\/up\/Python\/\">Monty Python Society<\/a> filmed a version of it shortly after I wrote the sketch, but it seemed to vanish shortly after we showed it at a meeting and our first night of sketches. Which, given the quality of the filming and acting, is probably for the best. It&#8217;s a strange sketch. For show-length material, I&#8217;d probably have better luck with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unreality.net\/writings\/sketches\/sketch7.html\" title=\"The Election Sketch\">this<\/a>. At least it follows some kind of recognizable path.<\/p>\n<p>At any rate, I&#8217;m still looking for feedback on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unreality.net\/writings\/sketches\/Cheezits.pdf\" title=\"Cheezits\">this sketch<\/a>, since all my producer had to say was &#8220;Good&#8221;.
