I&#8217;m not sure the government <em>should<\/em> have a right to investigate someone who registers imgoingtokillfredcoppersmith.com (I checked, it&#8217;s available), but I am not entirely sure <em>why<\/em> they shouldn&#8217;t. Is that sort of &#8220;suspicious&#8221; behavior enough probable cause?
